Abstract Class Consulting Inc. is committed to the responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence. This policy outlines how we use (and don't use) AI within the ta8er platform, and how we protect your rights under the GDPR and other privacy regulations.

ta8er uses AI in limited, well-defined ways to enhance the user experience:

• Content recommendations — suggesting artists and drops based on your follows and activity
• Search relevance — improving search results for artists, releases, and content
• Content moderation — flagging potentially harmful user-generated content for human review

All AI features are designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making.

ta8er does not use AI for:

• Automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects
• User profiling for advertising or marketing purposes
• Facial recognition or biometric analysis
• Surveillance or behavioral tracking beyond the Service
• Generating synthetic user content without disclosure
• Selling or sharing your data to train third-party AI models

Your personal data, content interactions, and activity on ta8er are never used to train external AI models. Any internal model improvements use only aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be traced back to individual users.

When AI is involved in a feature, we make it clear:

• AI-powered features are labeled in the app
• You can see why content was recommended to you
• You can opt out of personalized recommendations at any time

All AI-assisted moderation decisions are reviewed by a human before any action is taken on a user's account. We do not use fully automated systems to suspend or ban users.

Under Article 22 of the GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. ta8er does not make such decisions. Additionally:

• Right to explanation — you can request an explanation of any AI-assisted decision that affects you
• Right to human review — you can request human review of any automated recommendation or moderation action
• Right to object — you can object to AI-based processing of your data under Article 21 GDPR
• Right to opt out — you can disable AI-powered personalization features in your account settings

In line with GDPR principles, we only process the minimum amount of data necessary for AI features to function. We do not collect additional data for AI purposes beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

When we use third-party AI services (such as content moderation APIs), we ensure that:

• Data processing agreements (DPAs) are in place with all providers
• Providers meet GDPR adequacy requirements or operate under standard contractual clauses
• Your data is not retained by third-party providers beyond the processing period
• Providers are prohibited from using your data to train their own models

We regularly review our AI practices to ensure they remain safe, fair, and transparent. This includes:

• Periodic bias audits on recommendation algorithms
• Regular review of moderation accuracy and false positive rates
• Updates to this policy as our AI capabilities evolve
